  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom and Personalized Orders: Custom, engraved, or personalized items may require additional processing time. We will inform you of the estimated processing time for such items at checkout.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 72 hours. Standard shipping rates apply based on the destination and order size.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 48 hours for an additional fee.

  • Overnight Shipping: Delivers within 1 business day. Overnight shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or holiday demand.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Certain carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If applicable, we will notify you if there are any delivery restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at asmar@asmarjewelz.com, and we will assist you in locating it. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we are committed to helping you receive your order as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
