REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies solely to items purchased directly from Asmar Jewelz and is subject to change without notice. Asmar Jewelz reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.

Limitation of Liability

Asmar Jewelz shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products, including but not limited to damages arising from:

  • Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or resizing by a third party

  • Improper care or handling by the purchaser

  • Lost or stolen items after purchase

Exclusion of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asmar Jewelz disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This policy does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the items.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws, and exceptions will not be made.

Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy and all related transactions shall be governed by the laws of the state of [Your State]. By purchasing from Asmar Jewelz, customers agree to resolve any disputes exclusively within the jurisdiction of Massachusetts.

Refund policy - the basics

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, and with the original receipt.

    • Custom orders, personalized items, and engraved pieces are typically non-returnable and non-refundable.

  2. Return Window:

    • Full-price items can be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase.

    • Sale or discounted items may only be eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase.

  3. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • For cash purchases, refunds over $5,000 may be issued as a check and mailed to the customer within 30 days.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Any items showing signs of wear, resizing, damage, or alteration by a third party are not eligible for return.

  5. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  6. Gift Returns:

    • Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit within 10 days of the purchase date.

  7. Proof of Purchase:

    • A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  8. Processing Time:

    • Please allow up to 7 business days for return processing.

Exchanges and Store Credit

  • If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving it to initiate an exchange.
